The Atlas company has a help wanted ad posted on their forum for a Customer Service Representative. Qualifications include:
Ability
to trouble shoot and repair N and HO scale locomotives, a must, (O
scale engines a plus). You will communicate with customers daily via
email and phone. Advanced computer skills are necessary. Need basic
knowledge of layout building including track, switches, electrical and
benchwork. Travel and participation at 3-6 nationwide shows annually is
required.
