Court Rules on Lionel’s Appeal

Just heard from my friend Erol Gurcan and he stated that the court (Sixth Circuit
Court of Appeals in Cincinnati Ohio) has ruled on Lionel’s appeal of the $40.7 million dollar
judgment obtained against it by MTH. Erol’s reading through the court documents now and expects to have a summary of the decision out soon. Stay tuned. Thanks for the tip Erol!
