It Takes Brains to Control a Model Railroad

A interesting story posted on engadget.com explains how Hitachi has developed a brain controlled interface (enabling a person to control something with thoughts) and is demonstrating it using a model train.

"To get that train rolling, Hitachi uses optical topography to map
changes in blood flow in areas of the brain associated with mental
activity, translating those changes into voltage signals to flip the
switch on and off."

So when will Lionel’s TMCC2 or MTH’s DCS get this feature?  Read the story here.
